HS Conveyancing has built its reputation on providing clients with a high-quality professional service. The structure of our team, which is quite unique, means that our conveyancing experts whether they be solicitors, CILEX-qualified professionals or experienced conveyancers, can then get on and do what they like best – the legal stuff! After all, that is what you trained for.
The way we have structured our business allows us to open up opportunities in a way that affords inclusivity to all. Our unique approach to our work means that we don’t have the traditional file count per head – we share the load with the whole team. Where we have bottlenecks, we review these and tackle them head-on as a collective; meaning that no one person feels like they are working on an island. Our management team have taken the best of the best from the conveyancing process to ensure that we can offer a supportive and fun place of work, alongside that all-important work-life balance.
As a remote worker, if this is your preference, you will have full back-office support at the touch of a button, as well as full managerial support. You will have regular one-to-one meetings with your line manager and the wider support team via Teams and will also be provided with a fully remote working kit.
Providing impeccable client service is crucial to us and our values however it is also extremely important to us that you have a supportive and enjoyable place to work – whether that be in the office or at home.
We strive to help employees in their personal development. We encourage people to use their own initiative but want everyone to work interdependently, not independently. Client focus has to be the key element in all our thinking and actions.
If you choose to work on a hybrid basis, or as a home worker, you won’t miss out on all of the fun either. We ensure that we have regular “get-togethers” via bi-monthly lunches and team-building exercises.
If you want something different and have the technical/personal qualities for this role, look no further!
